摘要
某零件的矩形内孔导轨槽相对零件外形及基准面是倾斜的,不同规格产品的倾斜角度不同,倾斜度数在1°10′～2°20′之间变化不等[1]。内孔槽插削加工过程中,须按零件外形和导轨槽倾斜角度设计相应的加工工艺装置。文章针对不同导轨槽角度和外形尺寸的零件,设计了通用的加工工艺装置。
Rectangle track groove of some components is comparatively tilt. The degree ranges from 1° 10′ to 2°20′, .Designing of particular process device is needed while the component is machined because different tilt angle degree of the track groove. This paper describes the designing of general deviee according to different degree of track groove and the component＇s appearance size.
