摘要
静电放电(ESD,Electro-Static discharge)会对电子产品形成很大危害,造成电子产品功能紊乱,甚至部件损坏。在军品领域,半导体器件的集成规模越来越大,布线工艺已达到亚微米阶段,导致了半导体器件对外界应力敏感程度愈来愈高。静电放电对于电路引起的干扰,特别是对元器件、CMOS电路造成的破坏等问题越来越引起我们的重视。文中主要介绍了电子产品静电的形成途径,并对静电防护的目的和主要方法进行了论述。
ESD damages electric products a lot. It can make electric products work wrong or damage. In military area, the integration level of semiconductor devices are higher and higher, and the wiring craft are even submicron level. Semiconductor devices are more sensitive than before, the damages of ESD to it are more and more, especially to CMOS. This article introduces the ways of ESD becoming and how to avoid its damage.
