摘要
70t级铁矿石漏斗车是为增加车辆载重、提高铁路货物运输能力而开发研制的新型重载漏斗车。该车结构继承K14K型车的优点,在车体、风手制动系统、车钩缓冲装置、卸碴系统、走行部等方面,均采用了目前国内铁道车辆的先进技术和新型高强度耐腐蚀材料(或TCS345不锈钢);该车具有车体强度高、车辆载重大、耐腐蚀性强、检修周期长等特点。文章对70t级铁矿石漏斗车采用的材料、车体结构、卸货系统、制动、缓冲装置、转向架,并与K14K型铁矿石漏斗车进行了性能比较。
In order to increase the carring capacity of railway rolling stock and enhance the ability of railway load shipment, a new type of heavy iron ore hopper ear was designed. This kind of vehicle inherits the advantages of k14k. Meanwhile, many advance technologies and high-strength good-resistance to corrosion material （or stainless steel） are used in lots of parts including body, wind-and-hand brake system, coupler and draft gear, discharge system and others.These have various of advantages： high-strength, high carring capacity, good resistance to corrosion, long time between overhauls and so on. Besides, 70t type and k14k type are compared in material, body structure, discharge system, brake system, coupler and draft gear.
