介绍了十字万向传动轴的工作原理,对其运动特性、常用布置形式、主要性能参数进行了分析;并以梅钢热轧厂热卷箱传动轴为例,进行强度校核及轴承寿命计算,对于十字万向传动轴的实际应用有一定的指导意义。
To introduce the principle of universal coupling and to analyze its movement character, common collocation form and main parameters. And the passage computes the intensity and the bearing＇ s life-span of the universal coupling in coil-box set in Hot Strip Rolling Plant, Shanghai Meishan Iron＆ Steel Co., Ltd.. The paper can give some guidance to the application of universal coupling.
