The project management is frequently combined with the planned by the people economy.This prejudice brings the immediate consequence that our management will occupy the disordered state frequently. Based on this, this article attempts from the aspect of strengthening the project management function to explain the importance of the project management to the reasonable match resources and aims at some question existented in enterprise present project management, proposing the efficient path to realize the resources and the goal optimum matching enhancing the enterprise to organize the efficiency.
