翻译是一种跨语言、跨文化的交际行为。翻译的交际属性决定了它同样受关联理论的制约。新闻具有时效性、客观性、准确性、多样性和大众化的特点。新闻翻译从本质上讲是受关联原则制约的明示—推理行为,其目的是要在原语和译语之间寻求最佳关联性。

Translation is a kind of interlingual and intercultural communication.The communicative nature of translation determines that it is also constrained by the principle of relevance.News has the characteristics of timeliness,objectivity,accuracy,diversity and popularity.News translation is in nature an ostensive inferential action constrained by the principle of relevance,and the goal of news translation is to establish optimal relevance between ST and TT.
