摘要 骨胶原蛋白在骨中起到"骨架"作用,为钙、磷等矿物质的沉积提供载体。在运动过程中,机械力可以通过刺激骨组织来影响骨胶原蛋白代谢。然而,胶原蛋白量变化又将会直接影响到骨代谢,进而影响骨健康。不同的运动方式、运动负荷以及运动持续时间对于骨中胶原蛋白代谢所产生的影响是存在差异的。尽管目前国内外运动领域内有关骨胶原蛋白的研究还很少,但这些研究成果为骨研究领域提供了新的方向。本论文通过收集大量的国内外相关研究,对运动和骨胶原蛋白二者之间的相互关系进行探究。研究结果显示,运动训练使骨中胶原蛋白的合成代谢加快,胶原蛋白含量增加。胶原蛋白含量的增加对于加快骨代谢又具有积极地促进作用。 The bone collagen plays the role of "the skeleton" in the bone,provides the carrier for the mineral(such as calcium、phosphorus)deposition.In movement process,the mechanical power may through the stimulation bone tissue then influence bone collagen metabolism.However,the change of bone collogen will also immediatly influence the bone metabolism,then influence bone health.But the different mode of motion,the physiological load of exercise as well as the movement duration influence the collogen metabolism produces regarding the bone and it has the difference.Especially,in the domestic and foreign movement domain the related bone collagens research also are few at present.It enables us to discuss the movement from the microscopic stratification plane to the bone the influence,provides new research direction for the bone research area.The present paper through the collection massive domestic and foreign related research,carries on the inquisition to movement and the ossein protein two between reciprocities.The findings showed that the movement training makes in the bone collogen synthesis metabolism to speed up,increases the collogen content.Collogen contents increase regarding speeds up the bone metabolism also to have positively the promoter action.
