优秀攀岩运动员肘关节等速肌力评定 被引量:9

摘要 目的:通过分析优秀攀岩运动员肘关节屈伸肌群的生物力学特征,为运动训练和选材及预防肘关节损伤提供理论依据。方法:利用德国Isomed2000等速肌力测试系统在预定的角速度60°/s、120°/s、240°/s对10名高校优秀攀岩运动员肘关节进行等速向心肌力测试,测试严格按照Isomed2000等速测试系统使用手册的要求进行操作。结果:攀岩运动员左侧肘关节屈肌峰力矩随着角速度的增大由49.7±11.0到43.7±6.7变化,右侧由54.3±5.56到49.7±7.5变化;左侧伸肌由47.2±5.7到37.0±3.6变化,右侧由53.2±5.9到43.3±2.9变化;左侧屈伸肌力比随速度增加依次为:1.05±0.19、0.86±0.13、1.21±0.03,右侧依次为:1.01±0.20、1.03±0.26、1.14±0.09;左侧屈肌平均功率随速度增大由32.3±5.9到89.0±7.3变化,右侧由38.8±6.1到88.0±10.4变化。结论:优秀攀岩运动员在不同测试速度下左右侧肘关节屈伸肌群峰力矩随测试速度的增大而减小,在同一测试速度下左右侧肘关节屈伸比均略大于1.0(除左侧120°/s外),左右两侧肘关节在慢速测试时所表现的最大肌力差异比较明显,而在快速测试时所表现的爆发力有较小的差异;左右侧平均功率均随速度的增大而增大,且在同一测试速度下屈肌与伸肌平均功率比均呈不规则变化。 Purpose:By analyzing the biomechanical characteristic of elbow-joint flexors and extensors of the excellent rock climber.For the precaution of elbow-joint injuries and sports training and provide a theoretical basis for selection.Means:Thanks to the system of German Isome2000 isokinetic angular velocity,a test was made on 10 excellent college rock climbers,and it was carried out at a predetermined angular velocity of 60/s,120/s,240/s.The test has been operated in strict accordance with the requirements of manual operation of Isomed2000.Result: The flexor peak torque of rock climbing atheltesˊleft elbow changes from 49.7±11.0 to 43.7±6.7 as the increasing of the angular velocity,and the right changes from 54.3±5.56 to 49.7±7.5;the left extensor peak torque changes from 47.2±5.7 to 37.0±3.6,and the right changes from 53.2±5.9 to 43.3±2.9;the rate of rhe left flexors and extensors are 1.05±0.19、0.86±0.13、1.21±0.03 as the increasing of the angular velocity,the rate of rhe right flexors and extensors are 1.01±0.20、1.03±0.26、1.14±0.09;the average power of the left flexor changes from 32.3±5.9到89.0±7.3,and the right changes from 38.8±6.1到88.0±10.4.Conclusion: The peak torque(PT)of rock climbing athletes reduced with the test speed increasing,in the same test speed,bilateral elbow flexion-extensors rate is slightly greater than 1.0(except the 120 ° / s);The average power increased with the speed increasing.At the same side and test speed,flexor and extensor muscle average power rate irregular changed.
