摘要
分析了ECR合金和188 不锈钢在饱和盐水中的阳极极化行为, 比较了两者的耐局部腐蚀和全面腐蚀性能。用扫描电镜研究了实验室磨蚀试样和工厂用过的盐浆泵叶轮叶片表面形貌, 探讨了ECR合金耐磨蚀性显著优于188 不锈钢的机理。
The anodization behaviour of ECR alloy and 18 8 stainless steel in the saturated salt solution is analysed and both properties of local and total corrosion resistance are also compared.The surface morphology of the abrasive corrosion samples of laboratory and the blade of salt slurry pump vane wheel in factory has been studied using SEM.The mechanism of the ECR alloy is superior to 18 8 stainless steel in abrasive corrosion resistance is discussed.
