摘要 讨论了塑性加工尤其是轧钢在我国的资源、能源消耗及环境保护中的重要地位,塑性加工与节约资源和能源,降低污染、提高材料强度、延长材料寿命及防腐的关系,以及所应采取的技术措施。 The paper discussed the importance of the plastic working, especially steel rolling play a role in resource & energy consumption and environment protection, the relationship of plastic working and saving resource & energy, reducing pollution, increasing material strength, enlarging material life and resisting corrosion as, well as the responding technical measures taken.
