摘要
圆柱螺旋面螺杆加工技术在水力、石油机械生产中占有重要地位。随着数控技术的不断发展，无瞬心包络法加工螺杆的新技术已被广泛应用。本文对目前国内外普遍采用的加工工艺存在的一些加工误差进行理论分析，并提出改进方案和具体措施。
Cylinder helical screw rod manufacturing technology plays an important role in the hydraulic and petroleum machinery.With the development of numerically controlled skill,a new technology manufacturing screw rod by non instantaneous pole envelope method has widely been applied in the world.Some manufacturing error which exists in the present and universal making craft adopted everywhere has been analyzed.At the same time,some concrete measures have been taken in the paper.
