切实加强工会自身建设,事关工会工作全局,是工会适应新形势、新任务的客观要求。各级工会探索创新,推动了工会组织建设、工作制度、干部选拔等方面的一系列变革。但是,当前影响和制约工会发展的问题也较为突出,各级工会要不断创新工会组织体制、运行机制和活动方式,提高工会建设科学化水平。
