Nursing care of determination of myocardial blood flow reserve fraction applied in instruction of percutaneous coronary intervention
摘要
选择性冠状动脉造影术（CAG）一直被认为是评价心外膜冠状动脉狭窄的＂金标准＂。然而,其对冠状动脉血流动力学及病理生理学的评估也存在不足。评价冠状动脉血流的新技术——血流储备分数（fraction flowreserve,FFR）可对冠状动脉狭窄进行功能性评价。
