管道焊接展开曲线的计算机辅助设计

摘要 在管道铺设或大型梁架焊接过程中,往往会遇到两个或多个不同轴线的大直径管件相交的情况。工程上,为了管件的相交处焊缝均匀,焊接可靠,需要将相交管件的焊缝处准确切割成型。由于相交管件的直径变化,位置及方向的不同,其焊缝的形状也不相同。因而需要根据具体的相交情况,作出管件接缝处的展开曲线,按曲线制作样板,按样板切割成型,应用CAD手段,可以方便快捷地解决这一问题。 During pipe line laying or large beam support welding, it often meets crossover of two or multi different axis large diameter pipe piece. For the even weld of crossover pipe pieces with reliable welding, the project requires to cut the weld position of crossover pipe pieces into shape exactly. Due to the diameter variation of crossover piece, position and direction difference, its weld shape is different, it requires to depend on the specific crossover and make out the expanding curve of joint position of pipe piece. It will make profile in accordance with the curve and cut into shape in accordance with profile. To apply CAD means will solve this problem with fast and convenient.
