摘要
在线焊缝热处理是一种被广泛采用的焊缝处理方法,通过对在线热处理的加热设备—中频感应加热器较为细致的探讨,计算给出了中频感应加热器的两个主要技术参数功率和频率的确定方法。指出功率的确定是由机组的生产率、电效率、热效率以及焊管规格决定,而频率主要由焊管的壁厚决定。
On-line weld heat treatment is a widely adopted weld treatment method. Through detailed study to on line heat treatment heater, the author gives out the confirmation method of power and frequency of two main technical parameter for medium frequency induction heater by calculation, points out the confirmation of power in accordance with the production rate, electric efficiency, heat efficiency and size of welded pipes and frequency mainly in accordance with the wall thickness of welded pipes.
