摘要
介绍了薄壁直缝焊管辊式成型机理,通过对圆周成型法和边缘成型法的理论分析,用综合弯曲法成功地对成型辊轮进行了改造设计,保证了带材成型质量,取得了较好的效果。
The article introduces the mechanism of roller type forming for thin wall thickness longitudinal welded pipe. Through theoretical analysis for circumfertial forming and edge forming, the author successfully changed and designed forming roller with compositive bending method to ensure strip forming quality and achieve better effect.
