摘要
在高频焊管生产中,刮屑时刮刀的快速升降通常采用气路系统控制,存在结构复杂、维修不便、易锈蚀、损坏打刀等缺点,改进后的刮刀升降采用凸轮机构来实现,结构简单,成本低,操作方便。
During high frequency welded pipe production, pneumatic system is usually used to control the fast lift and lower of scraper for chip scraping. The pneumatic system has disadvantage of complex mechanism, inconvenient maintenance, easy corrosion and broken or damaging tools etc.. Improved one uses cam mechanism to lift and lower scraper. This had simple mechanism, lower cost and convenient operation.
