摘要
目的探讨三七总皂苷(PNS)对家兔急性油酸型肺损伤(ALI)的保护作用。方法家兔耳缘静脉注射油酸复制ALI动物模型。动物随机分为三组:油酸模型组、三七总皂苷保护组、正常对照组。观察肺组织病理变化;测定肺系数、动脉血气变化。结果油酸模型组:可见肺组织有明显的充血、水肿和弥漫性中性粒细胞浸润,并有不同程度的肺不张;肺系数、PaCO2升高,pH、PaO2降低。PNS保护组上述组织学变化较油酸组有所减轻;肺系数(7.20±0.76),PaCO2(38.00±3.56),PaO2(73.00±4.95),与油酸组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PNS对血管内皮和肺泡上皮具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of panax notoginseng saponins(PNS)on acute lung injury(AIL) in rabbits induced by oil acid. Methods Oil acid was injected into the ears with rabbits' veins to perform AIL animal model.The rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: oil acid group,PNS group and control group.We observed that pathological changed in lung tissue,the lung index and arterial blood gas analysis.Results In the oil acid group,it indicated a clear lung congestion,edema and diffused infiltration of neutrophils,and had varying degrees of atelectasis.The lung index and PaCO2 increased,PH,PaO2 decreased.However,in the group with PNS treatment,the changes of histopathological indexes of lung injury were significantly milder;Lung index 7.20±0.76,PaCO2 38.00±3.56,Pa0273.00±4.97.The difference with the oil acid group was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions PNS exerts protective effects to pulmonary vascular endothelium and alveolar epithelium in ALI induced by oil acid.
