临床健康教育路径在宫外孕有生育要求患者中的作用

Effective evaluation of clinical health education pathway for ectopic pregnancy patients with fertility requirements

目的探讨临床健康教育路径在宫外孕治疗后仍有生育要求的作用。方法将86例宫外孕治疗后仍有生育要求患者随机分为两组,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组应用健康路径计划对患者实施健康教育,两组比较健康教育效果。结果观察组对疾病相关知识掌握情况及出院后遵医行为均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论按照临床健康教育路径对宫外孕治疗后仍有生育要求患者实施健康教育,能提高患者对疾病的基本知识的认识程度,同时也提高了患者出院后遵医行为,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss effect of clinical health education pathway for ectopic pregnancy patients with fertility requirements. Methods 86 cases in ectopic pregnancy after treatment still had fertility requirements,were randomly divided into two groups： control group（implementation of conventional health education）,observation group（implementation of Clinical Health Education pathway）,health education of two groups effect were compared.Results The observation group mastery of disease related knowledge and abide by medical behavior after discharge were better than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusions According to clinical health education,ectopic pregnancy patients with fertility are still carrying out health education,which will improve the ability of patients＇ understand the basic knowledge of disease,meanwhile,abiding by medical behavior after discharge,it is worthy of clinical application.
