On Scheme Evaluation of Civil Passenger Plane Refitting into Aero-medical Evacuation Airplane by Grey Relation Projection

在介绍民航客机改装伤员后送飞机改装方案基本情况的基础上,建立了飞机改装方案的评价指标体系,并采用灰色关联投影法的对改装方案进行评价。通过评价最终确定各方案在战时和紧急情况下与理想方案的接近程度,为战时紧急情况下改装方案的选择提供参考。

After analyzed the basic refitting project for being refit into aero-medical evacuation airplanes,the evaluation index system of the project was built and the refitting project was evaluated by grey relation projection in this paper.Upon the project evacuation,the close degree between each project and the ideal project under the wartime and the urgent circumstance were ascertained,it has provided a reference for selecting the refit project under the wartime and the urgent circumstance.
