归纳现行《军用危险货物铁路运输规则》的基本特点,分析其在级号划分、运输条件、管控手段和技术支撑方面的存在问题,着眼重新修订的需要,提出了研究军用危险货物铁路运输的分级方法、制定技术标准、健全管控手段和建立运输认证中心等建议。

This paper concluded the basic characteristic of the actual rule of military dangerous goods transportation,analyzed its shortage on the classification of grade,the condition of transportation and the artifice of management.According to the demand of modification,it brought forward the grade classification of military dangerous goods transportation,formulated the technology standard of military dangerous goods transportation,perfected the artifice of management and established the authentication center of military dangerous goods railway transportation.
