On Fault Diagnosis of Forklift Governing Control System Based on Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis

以叉车调速控制系统为研究对象,通过建立故障树模型并以模糊数理论为工具进行了定性和定量分析。根据分析结果,确定了系统的薄弱环节,为系统的故障诊断提供了依据。

The fault tree of the forklift governing control system was established,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree is accomplished with the fuzzy fault tree theory.According to the analysis results,the weak part of the governing control system is defined,which provides basis for the fault diagnosis.
