发动机磨损状态物元评价方法研究

摘要 鉴于目前基于油液光谱分析的发动机磨损状态监测评判方法中存在人为影响因素过多、权值计算不确定性等不足,提出了一种基于物元分析理论的评判方法,根据发动机磨损状态监测中综合评判的各种指标和计算出的关联度,实现对发动机磨损状态的精确监测。实例表明,该方法是科学的、可靠的,在基于油液光谱分析的发动机磨损状态监测领域具有进一步研究与应用价值。 In the view of existing many subjective factors and weights in current evaluation methods for monitoring engine wearing conditions based on oil spectrum.A new evaluation method based on material-units-analysis theory was presented.Based on the indices for comprehensively judging the state of engine wear and the computed relation degree,the state of engine wear can be determined accurately by this method.An actual example results show that this new method is feasible and reliable,and has an applicable value for monitoring engine wear condition based on oil spectrum analysis.
