摘要
在分析军地铁路专用运输装备保障军事运输现状的基础上．根据部队武器装备的特点和发展趋势，从体制机制、信息化建设、装备制造与应用等方面，提出了构建军民融合式铁路专用运输装备体系的对策与建议。
Based on the analysis of civil-militaru railway overload transportation current situation and development trend of military weaponry, this paper put forward several countermeasures and suggestions from the following points：systems and mechanisms, information construction, equipment manufacture and application, and so on.
