摘要
冲天炉底焦燃烧过热效果的优劣是决定出炉铁水温度的重要因素,也是炉型设计和确定操作工艺参数的重要依据。本研究将冲天炉的炉况检测由传统的一维扩展至三维,更加全面和客观地反映了底焦的实际燃烧状态。利用计算机图形学技术,把繁杂的试验结果用三维立体温度场任意纵截面和横断面温度场的形式直观地表示出来。用过热区和过冷区面积取代传统的过热度对两排普通风口和两排插入式风口冲天炉的过热效果进行了更为全面客观的对比分析。
Over heating Effectivehess of coke bed in a cupola determines the temperature of outlet molten metal.Also it is the basis of furnace constructure design and operating process parameters defination.In this paper,we expand furnace condition testing from one demension to three demension,therefore,it indicates the combustion states more comprehensively and objectively.Taking advantages of computer graphics technology,we have expressed the complex experimental results with images of 3D temperature field,arbitrary longititudinal and cross sections directly.Further more,we confered objective conclusion on the different effectiveness of ordinary tuyeres cupola via protruding tuyeres cupola with the help of over heating and cold area′s proportions and distributions instead of over heating degrees.
