COPD患者血清IL-8、hs-CRP水平变化的临床研究

Clinical study of serum IL-8,hs-CRP levels change in patients with COPD

目的:探讨COPD患者治疗前、后血清白介素-8(IL-8)与高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。方法:选择COPD患者47例,采用酶联免疫法测定IL-8、hs-CRP,以周期体检健康者47例作为对照。结果:COPD患者治疗前IL-8水平为(1.91±1.69)ng/L,治疗后为(1.29±1.52)ng/L,治疗后明显降低(P<0.01);hs-CRP治疗前为(56.09±32.11)mg/L,治疗后为(7.29±2.05)mg/L,治疗后明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:IL-8、hs-CRP参与了COPD患者气道炎症反应,可作为判断COPD患者病变严重程度和观察治疗效果的指标。

Objective：To discuss the patients with COPD before and after treatment of serum interleukin-8（IL-8） and high sensitivity-C reactive protein（hs-CRP） changes.Methods：Selected 47 cases of COPD patients,to be used enzymelinked immunosorbent assay IL-8,hs-CRP,the healthy cycle of 47 cases for control group.Results：COPD patients＇ IL-8 levels was（1.91±1.69） ng/L before treatment,after treatment was（1.29±1.52） ng/L,significantly decreased after treatment（P0.01）;hs-CRP before treatment was（56.09±32.11） mg/L,after treatment was（7.29±2.05） mg/L,significantly decreased after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion：IL-8,hs-CRP involved in airway inflammation in patients with COPD and can be used to judge severity of COPD patients and observation for treatment outcome.
