脑卒中患者焦虑、抑郁状态分析和护理研究

Analysis and research of nursing on anxiety and depression in stroke patients

目的:探讨脑卒中后患者焦虑与抑郁状况,为临床护理提供依据。方法:采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对78例脑卒中患者进行问卷调查。结果:经过护理于预,焦虑和抑郁发生率降低,与护理干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:了解脑卒中患者的心理状况,开展有针对性的护理干预措施,有助于提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To study the stroke patients after anxiety and depression in,provide the basis for clinical nursing.Methods：Using Zung＇s anxiety self rating scale（SAS） and depression self rating scale（SDS） of 78 patients with cerebral apoplexy questionnaire survey.Results：After nursing in advance,anxiety and depression,and nursing intervention reduced incidence of former more statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Understanding of psychological state of patients with cerebral apoplexy,conduct targeted nursing intervention measures,which helps to improve the quality of life of the pa tients.
