摘要
研究了45 钢低温盐浴渗铬工艺。通过电子显微镜、X射线能谱仪及衍射仪对渗层进行分析,表明采用本文的盐浴渗剂,可在770~860℃对45 钢进行盐浴渗铬,并得到较厚的渗铬层。
This paper deals with the study on low temperature salt bath chromizing process of 45 steel.The chromizing layer was analysed with an electron microscope and a X ray instrument.The result showed that when the salt bath compound in this paper is used,salt bath chromizing of 45 steel can be carried out at 770~860℃,and a thick layer can be formed on the surface of the samples.
