钢帘线用超高强度钢丝的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 从选用超低Al、Ti含量的炼钢原材料和耐火材料以及超纯净度钢炉外精炼技术,采用低过热电磁搅拌连铸工艺,增加钢中碳含量和添加合金元素Cr,优化半成品钢丝铅淬火工艺4个方面详细介绍了钢帘线用超高强度钢丝的研究进展。采用新开发的、化学成分为096C021Si030Mn021Cr钢帘线专用线材在不产生分层的前提下,拉拔到02mm时,抗拉强度可达4000MPa;拉拔到80μm时,抗拉强度可达5000MPa。抗拉强度为3600MPa级钢帘线用钢丝已在轮胎中工业获得应用。 To introduce in detail the progress of research on ultrahigh strength steel wire for steel cord from four aspects such as selecting steel smelting material and refractory with ultra low content Al,Ti and refining outside of furnace technique,adopting low superheating electromagnetic mixing continuous casting technology,increasing carbon content of steel and adding alloying element Cr,and optimizing patenting technology for semi finished steel wire When drawing new developed 0 96C 0 21Si 0 30Mn 0 21Cr wire rod for steel cord to  0 2?mm presupposing non production of lamination,the tensile strength of steel wire may be 4?000?MPa If to  80?μm,the tensile strength may be 5?000?MPa Steel wires for steel cord with grade 3?600?MPa tensile strength have been applied in tyre industrially
