摘要
自行研制成功弹簧钢丝感应加热淬火回火生产线及工艺,于1998年8月开始批量生产符合YB/T5103及YB/T5104要求的6～12mm弹簧钢丝。指出控制盘条偏析、表面质量及通条均匀性是稳定和提高钢丝质量的关键。
