摘要
分析了压铸生产中水基涂料的作用及性能上的总体要求,从理论及实践的角度,提出各项喷涂参数的推荐值,为顺利地投产及产品质量的提高提供了可靠的依据。
Overall requirement for function and properties of water soluble release agent in die casting process was analyzed.Recommended values for spraying parameters were given on the basis of theory and practice,which provided reliable scientific basis for production and improving product quality.
