摘要 传统企业理论存在一个重大缺陷,就是忽略了对企业中最基本的生产要素——人的研究。"办企业就是办人",事实上,一个富有活力的企业组织一定是一个优秀的团队,拥有上下畅通的沟通渠道和信息交流的平台,从而企业可以削减管理层次,缩短权利距离;提高员工积极性,实现有效管理;提高社会资本,及时调整发展战略,等等。沟通作为重要的管理素质之一,已引起越来越多企业的重视。它不仅与组织的凝聚力、生产效率密切相关,而且会影响到员工的工作满意度及其绩效水平。实现绩效目标的过程就是一系列管理的过程,在传统管理学理论中,计划、组织、控制、协调是管理的四个最基本职能。而考察计划组织过程实际上是如何使用资源的问题,在控制中讲究调节,通过调节而不断使结果接近计划的设定而最终达到目标;一句话,通过良好的沟通可以提高企业的管理绩效。 There existed a major flaw in the traditional theory that is to overlook the most basic of factors of production enterprise-the human studies.'Manage business is to manage people '.In fact,a vibrant business organization must be a good team,with the smooth communication channels and good information exchange platform,which companies can reduce management cost,shorten the distance of the right;improve employee motivation to achieve effective management;improve social capital,timely adjustment of development strategy,and so on.communication act as an important factor in quality of management,which has attracted more and more corporate attention.production efficiency is closely related to not only the cohesion and organization but also employees' job satisfaction and performance levels.Achieve performance goals in the process is a series of management processes.In the traditional management theory,planning,organization,control,coordination is to manage the four basic functions.The process of the study plans actually concentrated on how to use the resources and control the stress in the adjustment,by frequent adjusting to make the results closer to the final plan and achieve goals;;In a word,through good communication can improve management performance.
