心理护理在实施胎儿监护孕妇中的应用

The application of psychological care in the implementation of fetal monitoring of pregnant women

目的分析探讨心理护理在实施胎儿监护的孕妇中的效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法选取本院门诊进行胎儿监护的孕妇共90例,按随机法分为对照组和心理护理组,每组各45例。对照组实施临床常规护理,心理护理组在对照组的基础上实施心理护理,通过问卷及满意度调查表对孕妇的相关情况进行评价。结果心理护理组孕妇紧张情绪比例较对照组显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理护理组在护患沟通、服务态度、受尊重等方面的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对实施胎儿监护的孕妇进行心理护理,加强对孕妇的沟通交流,充分体现了现代化护理模式的内涵,提高了孕妇的满意度及护理服务质量,胎儿监护收到了最佳效果。

Objective To investigate the psychological care of pregnant women in the implementation of the effect of fetal monitoring, evaluation of its clinical value. Methods Fetal monitoring in our hospital a total of 90 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into control group and psychological care group, n = 45 cases. Implementation of control group cl^nical routine care, psychological care group were based on the implementation of the psychological care and satisfaction through questionnaire survey of pregnant women to evaluate the relevant circumstances. Results Tension in psychological nursing group the proportion of pregnant women decreased significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; psychological care group in the nurse - patient communication, attitude, respect and other aspects of satisfaction was significantly higher in the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Fetal monitoring the implementation of psychological care for pregnant women, enhance the communication between pregnant women, fully embod- ies the meaning of modern nursing model to improve the satisfaction of pregnant women and nursing service quality, and fetal monitoring has received the best resuhs.
