介绍了基于规则的可装配性评价总体框架及算法,介绍了开发研制的装配结构尺寸和配合精度评价软件及其与设计环境之间基于Windows消息驱动的接口技术。
One of the central issues of DFA under concurrent engineering is product assemblability evaluation. This paper has described an experimental software that can analyze the design tolerances and dimensions on parts in assembly and show the unreasonable design. The general diagram of the software is provided. Finally, the interface between design and evaluation software that is based on the message driven supported by windows programming is described.
