摘要
提出一种在硬件和软件结合的基础上快速寻找CNC机床坐标轴绝对机械零点的方法,该方法不但能大大缩短找零过程时间,而且提供了一种在机床连续工作过程中消除坐标轴运动累积误差的途径。该方法还可以用于由非伺服电机驱动的工作台绝对坐标零点的寻找上。
This dissertation introduces a new method to locate the CNC machine tool's absolutezero point rapidly on the basis of the combinationof the hardware and the software. This methodcan not only shorten the time to align the zeropoint, but also offers a way to eliminate thecoordinate axis motion accumulate errors during thecourse of the machine tool's continues machining.This method can also apply in the location of theabsolute zero point in the non - servo -- motordriven workbench.
