摘要
利用单片微机控制脉宽调制式气动比例压力阔系统,采用位置闭环和力闭环控制,有效地克服比例压力阔的非线性及空气介质压缩性的影响,满足气动缸活塞的精确定位和输出高精度压力的要求。利用该系统控制精密研磨机的研磨压力和时间,利用单片机控制可控硅和伺服电机系统,从而控制研磨轮的转速,易于保证研磨的质量。
