摘要
介绍了连续波泥浆脉冲器的基本组成,分析了脉冲器部件小直径大速比耐高温减速器的传动方案,研究了减速器的相关参数,设计了脉冲器用单级行星减速器,对减速器关键部件进行了受力分析及强度校核。解释了减速器内部磁力定位器的工作原理及安装位置,解决了减速器齿圈在制作过程中难以加工的问题,试验结果表明设计的减速器能够满足脉冲器的工作需要。
The basis makeup of series wave pulser was introduced.The paper analyzed the transmission scheme and the machinery form about the little diameter high transmission ratio,enduring high temperature reducer in mud pulser,studied and calculated the correlation parameter,designed the reducer in mud pulser,made intension checking computations to the key components,explained the principle and the place magnetic positioner in reducer,resolved the difficult problem on reducer gear ring in course of manufacture,and the result proved that reducer fit the request of the mud pulser enough.
