摘要
通过对扩孔机控制系统的具体要求,提出了液压、电气控制系统的设计方案,介绍了系统的工作原理及给出了系统的原理图,同时验证了该系统的可行性。该控制系统以比例变量泵和恒压泵为动力元件,以比例减压阀为控制元件,以非对称液压缸为输出元件,实现对液压缸输出压力开环以及流量闭环控制,改善系统的控制性能。
Through the reaming machine control system,the paper puts forward the specific requirements of the hydraulic,electric control system,introduces the design of the system working principle and presentes system principle diagram and proves the feasibility of this system.The purpose of this paper is to study the hydraulic control system of Reaming machine.The control system takes proportional variable-capacity pump and constant pressure pump as power components,takes a proportional pressure-reducing valve as control components,takes an asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder as output components,realizes the hydraulic cylinder output pressure open-loop flux and closed-loop control,improves system controller.
