摘要
Pro/E和ADAMS是当前国内外使用最广泛的CAD/CAM软件。运用三维软件Pro/E建立实例机器人简化模型,并将Pro/E下的实例模型导入到ADAMS中进行运动学仿真分析并得出仿真结果,验证了提出的机器人的手臂在三维空间实现各自预定轨迹时干涉区分析方法的正确性和实用性。
Pro/E and ADAMS are widely used in the CAD/CAM realm.In this paper,Pro/E sofeware is used to establish the simplified model of instance robot,and the virtual prototype is established by Pro/Engineer into ADAMS.The simulation results are obtained by motion simulation analysis.The correctness and effectiveness of the interference region analysis method in this paper are verified when the robot's arm achieve their track in three dimensions of space.
