摘要
本文介绍了基于ＰＣＩ总线的视频采集卡的硬件结构和设计方法，描述了Ｗｉｎ９５下采集卡设备驱动程序的结构及其工作过程。
We introduce the hardware design of the PCI based video Capture card and the software design of Windows 95 device driver for such cards. We describe the architecture of the device driver and the working principle.
