摘要
主要介绍了一种用于工况现场的ＣＣＤ 光电尺寸测试仪的系统结构设计及实现方法。并对影响测试精度的实际问题及解决方法作了较深入的研究和探讨。
In this paper,a photoelectrical measurer of CCD,that is used the on line measument of the outside diameter of balls,its tructure design and implement method are introduced.The effect of some actual problems on the measuring precision of the photoelectrical measurer of CCD and the method to solve these problem are investigated and discussed.
