摘要
低分辨率A/D转换器通过外接电路处理可获得较高分辨率。文章对此类高分辨率A/D转换器电路的设计方法作深入研究,提出n + m 位A/D 转换器概念。总结设计规律,揭示误差关系与高精度设计方法。
Low resolution of A/D convertor can be improved with special circuit. This paper analyses the design principle improving resolution of A/D convertor.The concept of n+m bit A/D convertor is suggested. Error correction and high accuracy disign method are introduced.
