摘要
针对以TMS320F2812 DSP为核心的无刷直流电机控制系统,分析了电流检测环节的关键技术,充分考虑了在电流检测、电压跟随以及电压抬升等环节存在的问题,利用电流互感器、运算放大器和可调电阻给出了解决方案,实现了强弱电的隔离以及电流与电压的转换。通过C语言编程,给出了计算被测电流有效值的具体软件程序,并利用Matlab进行仿真,得到了理想的仿真波形,实现了电压的抬升。最后在仿真基础上进行实验,验证了整个设计思想与步骤的正确性。
Focus on the brushless direct current motor(BLDCM) controller based on DSP,the key technology of the current detection element is analyzed.Current transformer,operational amplifier and adjustable resistance are used to solve the problems in the circuit of current detection,voltage follower and lifting.The programs which are used for cal-culating the rms value of the current are written with C language.Then the Matlab software is applied to simulate the system,and a desired result is achieved while the voltage has been lift.At last,on the base of the simulation,an actu-al test is done,and a right feedback current is got which proves the design idea could work.
