摘要
星点控制高压电源是专门为HL-2A装置的电子回旋加热系统研制的高压电源,其电源性能比传统的交流调压型高压电源更为优越,它将传统意义上的滤波电感放在整流变压器的低压侧,使电感大为降低,同时降低电源造价。通过调节变压器激磁电流的大小即可调节电源输出电压的大小,且可在滤波电感回路串联用于预充电的整流电源,以改善输出电压的波形质量,其应用前景相当广阔。在此主要介绍了星点控制高压电源的主回路结构,针对该电源采用向量分析的方法进行理论分析和计算,求出高压电源输出电压与控制角的关系,并利用Matlab软件对计算进行仿真验证,最后通过实验证明了理论计算的正确性。
In order to satisfy the requirement of electron cyclotron resonance heating system on HL-2A,the star-point control high voltage power supply(HVPS) is designed.The performance of the star-point control HVPS is better than the AC-voltage regulated HVPS.The filter inductance in the star-point control HVPS is transferred from the high volt-age of the regulation transformer to the low voltage of the regulation transformer,so it has been greatly reduced.The output voltage can be modulated by changing the excitation current of the regulation transformer.A regulated power supply can also be concatenated with the filter inductance and it can improve the performance of the output voltage.The main circuit of the star-point control HVPS is introduced,calculation based on vector analysis about the HVPS is presented,the relationship between output voltage and control angle is calculated.Simulation based on Matlab is car-ried out and experiment results are showed,which verify that the calculation is correct.
