摘要
目的 研究用CaO 基耐火材料打结坩埚熔炼铝合金性能的变化. 方法 依据对比实验的方法, 测定用两种不同炉衬材料熔炼铝合金的性能指标. 结果 根据测试数据可知, 铝合金在两种坩埚中熔炼, 性能变化不大. 结论 CaO 基耐火材料可满足铝合金熔炼设备的需要, 具有广泛的应用价值.
Aim\ To study the properties of aluminium alloys melted in crucible with different fireproof material. Methods\ According to parallel experiment principle, the property of aluminium alloys in crucible of two different materials is measured. Results\ The measured data prove that the properties of aluminium alloys melted in two crucibles have no considerable difference. Conclusion\ The CaO radical fireproof material can satisfy the need of aluminium alloys melting. It can provide good merit in applications.
