The paper introduces the latest development achieved in the field of the command and control reference model.On theoretical aspect,the shortness of the model's architecture is analyzed,the concept of the logic ports is introduced.On application aspect,the delamination and combination of the layers in the process of modeling is discussed,and the use case maps is introduced in the theoretical research of the model and the modeling of real systems.The latter results in several important conclusions of this field.
