单硝酸异山梨酯联合低分子肝素治疗肺心病右心衰临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment to Right Ventricular Failure in Pulmonary Heart Disease by a Combination of Isosorbide Mononitrate and Low-molecular-weight Heparins

目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯联合低分子肝素对慢性肺源性心脏病右心衰竭的疗效。方法回顾分析2006年至2010年我院收治的慢性肺心病右心衰病例,随机分成观察组和对照组各50例。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯及低分子肝素。对照组只给予常规治疗,疗程7～10d。结果观察组总有效率为88%,对照组总有效率为64%,两者间有统计学差异。结论单硝酸异山梨酯联用低分子肝素治疗肺心病右心衰疗效优于对照组。

Objective To research into the treatment effects on right ventricular failure in chronic pulmonary heart disease by a combination of isosorbide mononitrate and low-molecular-weight heparins.Methods Retrospectively analyzed cases of chronic right ventricular failure in pulmonary heart disease treated in our hospital from 2006 to 2010 by dividing the 50 cases randomly into an observation group and a comparison group.For the observation group,on the basis of conventional treatment,isosorbide mononitrate and low-molecular-weight heparins were added into the treatment.For the comparison group,only conventional treatment was given.The course of treatment was 7～10 days.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88%,while that of the observation group was 64%.There was a statistical difference between the two.Conclusion The effects of treating right ventricular failure in pulmonary heart disease by a combination of isosorbide mononitrate and low-molecular-weight heparins are better than that of the comparison group.
