摘要
目的探讨高血压病患者服用钙拮抗剂与牙龈增生的关系,为预防药物性牙龈增生提供临床依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,对社区慢病管理中270例高血压病患者进行问卷调查和体检。结果服用钙拮抗剂治疗高血压牙龈增生的发病率为14.81%(40/270)。结论高血压病患者牙龈增生与服用钙拮抗剂持续的时间、方式及年龄有一定相关性,提示联合用药方式是减少高血压病患者药物性牙龈增生的有效途径。
Objective To study the hypertensive patients taking calcium antagonists and gingival hyperplasia,gingival hyperplasia drug for the prevention of clinical evidence available.Methods A random sampling method,the management of chronic diseases in community patients with hypertension were 270 cases of survey and physical examination.Results The treatment of high blood pressure taking calcium antagonists incidence of gingival hyperplasia in 14.81%（40/270）.Conclusion gingival hyperplasia in hypertensive patients taking calcium antagonists and the duration of a certain way and age-related,suggesting that combination therapy approach is to reduce high blood pressure in patients with drug-induced gingival hyperplasia in an effective way.
