宫颈癌近距离后装治疗进展及应注意的几个问题 被引量:1

摘要 高剂量率近距离后装治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的安全性已得到广泛认同,目前国外已将一些先进的影象学和治疗计划手段引入近距离后状治疗。对宫颈癌患者采用PET进行近距离治疗计划的设计,根据PET确定肿瘤体积,应用逆向治疗计划进行设计、分析剂量体积直方图。内外融合调强后装,是指同时行腔内、外照射调强合成计划,完善靶区计量分布。
