尿液干化学分析法测定白细胞与尿沉渣镜检对比分析

目的对尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法白细胞结果进行比较,以对白细胞进行最准确的检测。方法通过尿液干化学分析法与尿沉渣镜检法,对1000份尿标本进行检测。结果尿液分析仪阴性的结果中镜检法阳性达4.23%,而镜检白细胞阴性时尿分析仪结果阳性占14.1%。结论两者不呈正比关系,尿液干化学分析法不能完全替代镜检法对尿液白细胞进行检测。
